Delivery

Dispatch times

• Wide width wallpapers: usually within 4 weeks once paid
• Printed fabrics: usually within 3-4 weeks once paid

We print to order in our own workshop, which means less waste and more accuracy but slightly longer lead times than off-the-shelf fabrics and wallpapers.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Post: £14.20 + vat
  
  This is a FOLD & POST SERVICE ONLY and applies to fabric orders of 2.0m or under, excluding velvets which ship on a roll.
  
  This option is not available for our standard roll wallpaper.
  
  
• Mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands of Offshore Islands) tracked courier: £23.00 + vat

All deliveries are to be signed for on arrival.

We ship worldwide. For Europe and overseas orders, please email sales@lewisandwood.co.uk

Please note: DHL does not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Returns

Checks on arrival

When your order arrives please check

• The design and colourway are correct
• The quantity is correct
• There are no faults

Returns

If goods are sent directly to your decorator / workroom, ask them to check before use.
We cannot accept responsibility after the fabric has been cut.

Something is wrong

If we’ve sent the wrong goods, please email us within 7 working days of delivery.

Disclaimer

• All returns need to be in their original packaging
• Standard classic wallpaper rolls must be unopened 
• The return of all non-faulty goods will incur a restocking charge of 20%
• Wide width wallpapers are printed to order so cannot be returned
• We cannot accept any returns after 12 weeks of invoice date
